The Hudson Garden Club Scholarship Program (The Genevieve Jyurovat Scholarship Fund) was created to support students who plan to study horticulture, forestry, botany, landscape design, environmental sciences or related subjects at a recognized center, school or college for such study. The scholarship is open to any Hudson resident attending Hudson High School, Western Reserve Academy or a similarly accredited high school or college. Applications must be submitted no later than March 15.
A definite goal in view, high moral and scholastic standing and good character plus the desire to succeed in his or her chosen field of environmentally-related studies are the criteria for which aid will be given.
