Gardener to Gardener – July 8, 2022

Implementing Inspiring Ideas
This Gardener to Gardener event will focus on how to adapt ideas you see in other gardens in order to use them in your own garden.
When April Walton visited Dutch garden designer Piet Oudolf’s garden, she was inspired. She took the concepts she admired and created a separate planting bed to try them in her own garden.
Oudolf uses plant compositions with bold drifts of herbaceous perennials and grasses which are chosen at least as much for their structure as for their flowers. He has designed the High Line in Manhattan, the Lurie Garden in Chicago and many gardens in Europe and the UK.
Open garden after April’s talk.
Friday July 8, 10am to 12 noon at 2140 East Streetsboro St.
All are welcome. Please RSVP to Sue at
